This lovely home is located near the intersection of Illinois Route 176 and Illinois Route 21 within Libertyville. Libertyville is an affluent suburb in Lake County, which is a northern suburb of Chicago. The Subject Property

This lovely property was ready to have the kitchen upgraded in a major way. The preexisting space was cluttered and very outdated and the homeowners were not getting as much use out of their kitchen as they could have. Regency removed all cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, and more. The main layout of the kitchen would remain the same, but additional cabinets were to be added as well as additional counter space for increased practicality of the space. The previous design of the kitchen did not flow very well as there were different colors that did not match very well together. One of the goals of this job was to create a uniform style while also giving the kitchen a contemporary upgrade.

End Result

The changes skillfully completed by Regency were successful in creating a more spacious and less crammed kitchen. The outdated, old, cabinetry was replaced with white maple cabinetry, which makes the kitchen feel brighter and cleaner. This along with the artic white backsplash and white ice granite counter top from granite come together to create the desired uniformity that the homeowners were yearning for. The old, white refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave were upgraded to stainless steel appliances from GE, Bosch, and GE, respectively. The sink was upgraded to a large stainless steel, under mount Kohler sink. All of these changes come together nicely to create a very uniformly stylish and modern space that affords the user with premium modern amenities that the homeowners will be happy with for a long time.
