Regency preserved the existing layout of this New Kitchen in Mount Prospect, but gave it a serious makeover!

We completely gutted the existing amenities and transformed this space into a modern kitchen. We replaced the existing cabinetry with solid Maple cabinets from J&K Cabinetry in Crème Maple from their premium collection. The premium collection comes standard with soft close technology and concealed hinges. We accented the cabinets with a natural granite counter top and under cabinet lighting. We refinished the wood flooring in Golden Pecan and applied a sealer by Bona. We installed a natural ceramic backsplash in soft crème. Then we installed new state of the art stainless steel appliances from ABT Electronics. Finally we installed owner supplied hardware and fixtures.

In the breakfast nook we also refinished the floors and installed new ClimaTech windows from Alside. ClimaTech windows are energy star rated to help control winter/summer costs. In the winter, they let in solar heat and hold the warm air inside. In summer, they repel heat and glare while filtering out ultraviolet rays which can fade carpet, furniture, artwork and painted or stained wood.
