First, Regency removed the old-fashioned soffits and eliminated one wall of cabinets, creating space for a long, functional island that now serves as both workspace and seating. The remaining cabinets were replaced with Regency’s tall Shaker style in sparkling white for uppers and sophisticated grey for lowers. Counters were then topped with Daltile’s Bengal white granite and a timeless Amity White Mosaic tile backsplash. Studio 41 provided a trendy Kohler Strive Apron stainless steel sink and Graze pull-down faucet for trendy style and shine. ABT then stepped in, providing top-of-the-line LG stainless steel appliances, including a Quad Wash dishwasher, 3-door French door refrigerator, over-the-range microwave and gas double slide-in oven. The final touch was to replace the old lighting with Generation Lighting’s Jonah Collection mini pendant over the sink and Kalco’s Montauk Flush Mount fixture in the buffet area.

Finally, a Split System HVAC wall hung unit with exterior compressor was installed to provide year-round comfort to this bright new kitchen.
