The Subject Property
These Arlington Heights homeowners were interested in changing their kitchen. The couple wanted to have a kitchen that would be more efficient for preparing meals, as well as hosting their friends and family. Additionally, they wanted to modernized their cabinets, floor, and color scheme, while increasing the amount of cabinet space throughout the kitchen. In order to make this possible, Regency would begin by removing all existing flooring, cabinets, and necessary electrical and plumbing.
End Result
Regency did an amazing job on this kitchen remodel. The kitchen now feels more spacious, modern, and is a great area for entertaining. The most notable change is the addition of the countertop and cabinets where the kitchen table use to sit. Regency installed a gorgeous quartz countertop with the addition of an entire wall of white Kraftmaid cabinets. Now the residents have more storage and countertop space that will help them when cooking and hosting their guests. The bright green walls were painted a very light neutral color that flows great with the cabinets and countertops. Regency also installed a rittenhouse desert grey backsplash from Daltile. The wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room was demolished so the family could have easier access between the two rooms and to make the home more open and roomy.
Overall, our customers were very satisfied with the outcome of their new modern and open kitchen. Regency was pleased to make their kitchen dreams come true and look forward to making our next customers
