The homeowners of this Hoffman Estates property decided it was time to make some major changes to their kitchen. The main goal of this kitchen remodel was to create a space that the homeowners would enjoy spending their time as well as an area that would be more practical for day to day tasks.

End Result

This kitchen came out great. Regency did a phenomenal job creating the kitchen of this family’s dreams. The most notable update is the change in color scheme. Regency got rid of the darker colored cabinets in order to install beautiful Pearl Maple Glazed cabinets that create a luxurious appearance. For the countertops, Cameo Pearl Quartz was used that further assists in the elegant atmosphere. These new installations also creates a great deal of brightness, a brightness that the previous kitchen lacked. This will make spending time in the kitchen much more enjoyable no matter if it’s day or night. Another huge change is the flooring- Regency removed the carpet that filled the floors of the living room and dining room as well as the dated white floor tiling in the kitchen and installed hardwood flooring. The new flooring is very modern and sleek and will not go out of style. For an extended amount of luxury, Regency installed stainless steel GE appliances and Delta fixtures. Overall, Regency exceeded the customers expectations with this kitchen remodel. This family will be able to enjoy starting and ending their days in this gorgeous new kitchen for many years to come.
