The client on Fairfield Ct. wanted to renovate and update the townhome he recently purchased.

Job

The client wanted to make drastic changes to the existing home. His wish list included a complete demolition of the kitchen and laundry room, removal of the wall that separated the master bedroom and the kitchen as well as the wall that separated the kitchen and the laundry room. The client wanted a new kitchen with custom cabinets. The client also wanted new floors and new lighting

Summary

Regency met with the client and discussed the project. Plans were drawn and the job was underway. The entire kitchen and laundry room were gutted. The floors were removed. A new wall was constructed separating the laundry room from the kitchen and a second new wall was built separating the kitchen from the Master bedroom. Custom 36’ solid maple upper cabinets were installed and finished off with a 6’ crown molding trim that took the upper cabinetry to the ceiling. New maple cabinets were installed din the laundry room to provide added storage. Granite counter tops were installed in the kitchen and the laundry room. The stunning new look was finished with the installation of new hardwood floors in the kitchen and new 6 x 36’ tile flooring in the laundry room.
