The Subject Property

The owners of this lovely property were ready to make a change in their kitchen. They were interested in making style changes in terms of colors, appliances, and more while maintaining the same general layout. The problem with the preexisting kitchen space was the gloomy, outdated style that was making the room feel boring. Regency was successful in diligently converting the preexisting kitchen space into a bright and inviting space that exceeds all of the homeowners’ desires. The kitchen was made much brighter by the addition of several new recessed cans for additional lighting as well as the addition of the new white shaker cabinetry, which contrasted very well with the new black granite countertops and dark grey floors. The kitchen looks very modern thanks to the new premium stainless steel appliances such as: Viking stove, LG refrigerator and microwave, and Kohler lavatory faucet and sink.
