The client wanted to remodel the existing kitchen have a state of the art kitchen to cook, entertain and enjoy for years to come. Regency designed a new kitchen layout that met all of the design requirements of the customer
The original layout felt cramped and inefficient, with the refrigerator out of reach in the back hall and a hodge-podge of pantries and cabinets. Work areas were awkward, the dinette area was cramped, and access to the dining room difficult. Cabinets, counters and appliances were dated, counter space limited, and the whole area lacked any kind of flow.
The owners of this lovely home were ready to make some big changes to their kitchen and laundry room areas. Regency began this remodel with the demolition and removal of all existing floor tiles down to the sub floor, cabinetry, appliances, countertops, wallboard, and ceiling board.
The project was a kitchen remodel. The client wanted to update the look and to increase the room size of the exiting kitchen. The desired outcome was a larger more efficient kitchen that completely changed the look of the entire Arlington Heights home.
The single family home located in the Oakwood Subdivision in Grayslake, was built in 1999. The community is a family friendly, quiet and affordable. The neighborhood is located near Route 45 and Washington Street in Grayslake and is minutes away from Six Flags amusement Park, Gurnee Mills Shopping Mall and numerous other shops and restaurants
This kitchen suffered from a lack of workspace, as well as outdated appliances and cabinetry. The homeowners wished to update the look while incorporating additional counters and more storage. The room was gutted, and the back door moved to allow for more surface area.
