It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, totaling 1,069 sq ft, and before Regency was hired it had an outdated kitchen that was in need of a total overhaul.
The homeowners wanted to change their dark kitchen into a bright space and decided on white Shaker Style new cabinets and natural gray tiles which complimented the stainless appliances and Black & White countertops from daltile.
Regency did a fabulous job transforming this kitchen to make it more contemporary with a clean and sleek atmosphere. The White Shaker Style cabinets and light colored countertop create a brighter atmosphere making the kitchen look more open and spacious.
