The grout in the preexisting floor was dirty and ready to be removed as well. Regency removed the floor, vanities, and all fixtures and then began replacing everything with modern and upgraded fixtures and finishes.
The homeowner sought to update the existing first floor powder room with Regency Home Remodeling by creating a sophisticated and elegant look compliment to their home. Regency also deigned a custom built in wall unit in the master bedroom to house the television a provide added storage space

We transformed this Palatine bathroom into a luxurious sanctuary with the help of Daltile. We installed new ceramic tiles from the Castle De Verre Collection in Chalice Gold on the floor, wall and tub deck.
