The residents of this property were dealing with water damage in their shower due to leaking. The residents were in need of a remodel of their shower on a budget while also making some small changes to the bathroom as a whole. The shower was recently refinished; however, it was done incorrectly and therefore was in need of fixing.

This home was in need of a renovation to the master bathroom and closet area of the house. There was an awkward space between the two rooms, which was unnecessary and taking a lot of space that could have been utilized more efficiently. Regency removed two walls separating the closet and bathroom from the space between them, and then created one wall separating the two.
