Regency installed 12×24 Fabrique tiles in Crème Linen from daltile for the bathroom walls and floor. We used 2×2 Keystone tiles in Dessert Gray from daltile for the shower floor and 1×1 mosaics from Color Wave in Willow Waters for the niche.
Regency installed 168 square feet of 12×24 porcelain tiles in soft gray throughout the main floor of the bathroom. In this area we also installed a new 12×24 linen closet spanning the length of the east wall.
The homeowners were interested in making changes to the closet in the master bedroom as well as the master bathroom. Regency began this job with the removal of all cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and walls around the tub area.
Regency installed 12×12 Salerno tile in MarroneChiaro from daltile. In the tub/shower area we installed 6.5×6.5 Veranda tiles in Sand by daltile and added a two tier accent by Stone Radiance from daltile.
Regency installed 7×20 floor tiles by Emblem in Gray by daltile. The Emblem collection mimics the look of real wood but offers the ease and durability of ceramic tile, making it the perfect choice in a busy space.
Regency Home Remodeling installed 12×12 porcelain tiles by Montecito from daltile in the color Crema throughout. We accented the tiles with a mosaic from daltile in Granite Radiance.
We selected a modern 12×24 high-gloss ceramic tile which we laid vertically to make the space appear larger, a similar tile can be found from the MS International Collection.
The owners of this lovely home had become bored with their hallway bathroom and were ready to completely remodel the space. The style had become outdated to them and they were looking for something modern and refreshing.
