Then, to completely rethink the unit, Regency added a stunning bar area topped with Daltile’s OQ12 Carrara Viel countertop and a Twilight Blue STD 3” x 6” backsplash. The new lighted cabinets above the bar feature opaque glass-front doors, and there’s even a handy drink fridge tucked beneath! The new basement proclaims, “Let the good times roll,” and even better, the entire project came in within the promised time and budget.
