The Subject Property

This kitchen was ready to be updated. Our customers vision for their kitchen was to be bigger, more open, modern, and bright. All of which Regency is known for doing.  Prior to the update, there was only a small doorway to get to the dining room from the kitchen. This wall would need to be demolished in order for the kitchen to be open and more spacious. Next, a huge thing that needed to be done was take out the carpeted flooring and put in something that would make the kitchen look cleaner and modern. Then the cabinets would have to be replaced with something that would match the flooring and then new countertops that would be installed.

End Result

This kitchen looks amazing. With the demolition of the dining room wall, the kitchen has that open feel that our customers wanted. This allowed for a bigger kitchen so we were able to install a beautiful island right in the middle. This will give our customers more area to prepare meals and entertain their friends and family. The gray quartz countertops match perfectly with the white shaker style cabinets that we installed throughout the room. Another great touch to this renovation was the installation of brand new stainless steel appliances. Our customers picked out a beautiful refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher that flow great with the style of the rest of the kitchen. Lastly, we tore up the old, outdated carpet and replaced it with a lovely hardwood floor. Overall, we are extremely happy with the outcome of this renovation. Our customers will be able to host many people and cook plenty of meals in their spacious new kitchen.
