Also, the residents were interested in giving their fireplace a sleek upgrade and changing the color scheme. The main goal of this job was to retain most of the same layout while also giving the kitchen and fireplace a contemporary upgrade that is up with the times while also being an efficient and fun place to hang out.

End Result

Regency did a great job exceeding all of the homeowners’ expectations in giving the kitchen a newer look while also making the space more practical. The new quartz Riverbank countertops and Rittenhouse Square White backsplash from Daltile make the kitchen appear much brighter and cleaner. This change along with the cinnamon Maple cabinetry help to complete the subtle color change that the customers were looking for. Also, new appliances were installed in order to match the new color scheme. The sink was replaced with a Diamond White Blanco sink fitted with a Belo single handle faucet from Brizo. The fireplace was also given a more dramatic color change by replacing the outdated brick finish with the White Maple cabinetry and Elevare Lunar Brickjoint from Daltile. Overall, the changes diligently and skillfully completed by Regency came together to form an open kitchen that is a great hang out spot as well as a warm and inviting space.
