The Subject Property

The kitchen of this lovely home was ready for a major remodel in every way. The residents were tired of the style and were ready for a change in style as well as structure. A big part of the job was the removal of a partition wall that had previously divided the kitchen and the dining room. This change would allow for a very open and spacious floor plan. Regency installed additional electrical wiring for the installation of 10 new recessed cans, which would greatly increase the brightness of the space. The residents were looking to give their bathroom and comfortable and contemporary appeal while also giving it a modern upgrade.

End Result

The new design of the kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. The removal of the partition wall makes the kitchen and dining room space feel much larger and more open. This change also allowed for increased beige butterfly granite countertop space from Daltile. The color change was successfully completed by several changes such as the new ironwood floors, Rittenhouse square backsplash, and aura accent all manufactured by Daltile. These changes along with the chocolate maple cabinetry create a very warm and contemporary atmosphere. The kitchen was given a modern upgrade by replacing the old appliances with stainless steel appliances such as: Maytag refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher and Kohler sink and faucet. The kitchen and dining room space was upgraded considerably in terms of practicality and luxury and is also very stylish.
