The hardwood stairs, newly finished with DuraSeal’s Classic Gray stain, now lead to a room that shouts “Now!” and whispers “elegance.”

The new walls are complemented by a trendy floor of Whistling Hills Rigid Core Lix vinyl from Floor & Décor, who also supplied Rialto Grand 24” x 24” tile for the main floor in the bathroom with a matching tile in a hex shape for the shower floor, and Concept Gray 12” x 24” wall tile to define the shower wall. Next, Daltile supplied its White Quartz for the shower threshold, bench and niche shelf, and the bathroom was finished out with a trendy new 36” Black CSG 2723 Vanity from Studio 41, with Matte Black plumbing fixtures for a sharp highlight. Regency also changed out the laundry room, providing a boost in Charcoal laundry cabinets and custom-matched double French doors. Throughout the new space, the shine of brushed brass fixtures, cabinet hardware and accessories adds visual punch. Finally, a brand-new bedroom is set demurely behind a clever barn door, adding even more use to the reconfigured basement
