The owners of this lovely home were ready to make some big changes to their kitchen and laundry room areas. Regency began this remodel with the demolition and removal of all existing floor tiles down to the sub floor, cabinetry, appliances, countertops, wallboard, and ceiling board. The whole kitchen was gutted in order to enable a new kitchen layout, which would make the kitchen flow into other areas of the home in a more fluid manner while also making the kitchen feel significantly more spacious. Also, the laundry room was cleared of all appliances, flooring, and cabinetry as well. Both of these areas were to be completely redone and given a sleek, elegant appearance. The main goals of this remodel were to change the layout of the kitchen in order to make the space more easily accessibly while also providing a beautifully aesthetic appeal to the laundry room and kitchen.

End Result

This new kitchen space is absolutely beautiful! The most obvious change is the new layout of the kitchen. The installation of the large island in the middle of the kitchen space makes the kitchen much more accessible than the preexisting space and also provides a significant amount of extra counter space as well as storage space. The new location of the stainless steel Bosch oven and hood vent makes the kitchen appliances less crammed than the kitchen previously had them. This makes working in the kitchen much more practical and makes the space feel larger. The stainless steel Samsung refrigerator is in the same location as the fridge was, but the new finish helps to match the rest of the appliances and promote a modern style. In order to match the stainless steel appliances, an Autumn Wood Season Wood flooring was installed from Daltile in the kitchen and laundry room; which was contrasted by the white shaker cabinetry and Morning Frost quartz countertop. These contrasting colors were seamlessly brought together with the Polished First Snow Marble backsplash that lined the walls under the cabinetry and above the countertop in the kitchen. It is clear to see how beautiful this kitchen is and what a spectacular job Regency did designing the space and with their diligent work. This is a kitchen space that will be great for entertaining or just for cooking. The customers were overjoyed with Regency’s work and are sure to continue loving this space for quite some time.
