There was no preexisting space for a bathroom to be installed, so Regency began by building the walls required to have a bathroom and installing any necessary plumbing and electrical necessary for a toilet, shower, sink, lights, and more. The entire area was gutted in order to create space for new floors, walls, and fixtures necessary to create a modern and comfortable bathroom in a space that did not previously have one.

End Result

A sleek and appealing bathroom was brilliantly designed and skillfully installed by Regency. The new bathroom floor and shower walls consist of garden white tile from Daltile, which along with the addition of recessed cans for lighting created a bright and inviting room that is a great way to start the day. A large, modern shower was installed with a spacious shower bench. A dark gray accent and niche shelf was installed in the shower to contrast the bright floors and shower walls. A hansgrohe showerhead and hand shower was installed in order to provide the customer with modern appliances, which afford the user efficiency and extra comfort. The addition of this fashionable and elegant bathroom to the attic was essential in creating a functional attic space, which is sure to keep the residents of this lovely home comfortable and happy.
