The Subject Property
The homeowners were interested in changing their kitchen from a rustic feel to a more modern feel. Wooden walls filled their living area, while a dated wallpaper covered the walls in the dining room and kitchen. These walls and the dark tile floors made the rooms feel very dark and smaller than they truly were. Additionally, they wanted to replace their cabinets and countertops with something that would be on trend for years on end. In order to make these dreams become a reality, Regency began by demolishing the old cabinets and countertops, removing the wallpaper and wooden walls, and tearing out the tiled floor.
This kitchen came out incredible! We were able to successfully create the bright and modern kitchen that our customers visualized. After we took out the cabinets, we replaced them with beautiful white shaker style cabinets that look great with the granite countertops. The walls were changed to more neutral colors, allowing the kitchen to look brighter and much bigger. Another major change is the flooring. Prior to the remodel, there was dark tiled floor throughout the first floor. We replaced these with flawless red oak hardwood, matching perfectly with the rest if the home. The floors helped tie together the light walls and cabinetry. Overall, we are extremely happy with the outcome of this renovation. Our customers will be able to prepare many meals and enjoy their time in their gorgeous new kitchen for years and years to come.
