The Subject Property
The homeowners of this Morton Grove house wanted to update their kitchen so it was more open, spacious, and modern. They wanted everything to be new; the floors, countertops, cabinets, and appliances. They also wanted their kitchen to be bigger and more convenient for hosting their friends and family. So, in order for that to be possible a wall would have to be torn down to make the room larger as well as adding more countertop space.
This kitchen remodel looks fantastic! Regency started the renovation by tearing out the existing countertops and cabinets and then demolished the wall that separated the kitchen and living room. This would allow for an island to be installed, which would give the homeowners the extra room and counter space they wanted for entertaining. The island and countertops consists of a beautiful quartz supplied by Daltile. To match the countertops, the customers picked out white shaker style cabinets that look phenomenal with the rest of the kitchen. The black marble tiled flooring was updated to hardwood that extends into the living room. To complete the look, we installed stainless steel appliances, such as a stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, that flows perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. Overall, this kitchen remodel looks fabulous. Our customers will be able to enjoy this kitchen for years on end!
