The Subject Property
The homeowners of this gorgeous Mount Prospect property were ready to make some major changes to their kitchen. The main issues with the existing kitchen was the lack of convenience as well as a dull overall style. The customers wanted Regency Home Remodeling to create a kitchen that would be very desirable for entertaining, preparing meals, and simply just spending free time in. To make this possible, Regency would begin the remodel by completely gutting the existing kitchen from the appliances, flooring, tiling, electrical wiring, and plumbing. Additionally, a wall would be torn down to create an abundance of kitchen space for new installations.
This new kitchen looks fabulous. Regency went above and beyond to make the customers kitchen dreams come to life. The most noticeable change is the new size. Regency demolished the partial wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room in order to make it one big, open area. This also allowed for an island to be installed. Regency used White Shaker Style cabinets throughout the kitchen along with Chipped Ice Quartz countertops. The Desert Gray backsplash pulls these two new pieces together beautifully while contrasting through the gray coloring. These new installations create an elegant and luxurious atmosphere that will be in style for years to come.
Overall, Regency did a superb job creating this new kitchen. The customers will be able to enjoy cooking, entertaining, and spending time in their gorgeous new kitchen for many years to come.
