Regency was called in to remodel this hallway bathroom of this 2,826 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence in Winnetka. Although the home was originally built in built in 1922, the subject bathroom had been updated previously but it was in dire need of a being renovated. The subject bathroom had an outdated tub, toilet and vanity.
Some of the finishes selected for this remodel include; Kohler medicine cabinets and wall sconces, Glass barn doors, Kraftmaid cabinets, Chrome fixtures, Quartz Fresh Linen countertop from Daltile, and a combination of tiles, including Linden Point 12 x 24 Grigio (Floor), Ottimo 12 x 24 Grey (Shower) and City Lights 1/2″ x 1/2″ Manhattan used in the niche. To top off this space, Regency installed heated flooring warm-up mats.
The final step was the installation of the customer selected finishes which included a Kohler Medicine cabinet, Delta Champagne Bronze Fixtures, 3 x 6 Arctic White tile in the tub area from Daltile and a White Sand Quartz vanity top, also from Daltile.
