After the beautiful job Regency completed in their Arlington Heights kitchen, these homeowners were interested in having two of their bathrooms redone in order to create a sense of uniformity of style in the home.
The residents of this home were ready to make a change in their hallway bathroom. They were interested in maintaining the layout of the space, but they were ready to upgrade and modernize the finishes and appeal of the space.
This large bathroom was in need of a major style change and update. The bathroom was out of style and had become monotonous to those who were using it. The residents wanted to convert the space into a more current one that would be more comfortable and elegant.
Regency began this remodel by removing all floor and wall tiles in both bathrooms and removing all fixtures and bathtubs. Also, additional electrical wiring was installed in order to add three recessed cans in the hallway bathroom and five new recessed cans in the master bathroom.
