The owners of this Morton Grove home were interested in updating their master bathroom. They envisioned their new bathroom to be modern, stylish, and more efficient. In order to make this possible, Regency would need to completely gut the existing bathroom including the vanity, tiling, mirrors, bathtub, electrical wiring, plumbing, and all fixtures. The goal of this remodel was to create a bathroom that this couple would look forward to using each and every day. A bathroom that was not only sleek and stylish, but much more practical for everyday usage.

End Result

This bathroom looks phenomenal. Regency went above and beyond the customers expectations in order to create the master bathroom of their dreams. The most notable change is the creation of a gorgeous walk in shower. Regency got rid of the existing bathtub that would allow for the brand new shower. The large size was a necessity to the customers as they wanted a drastic change from the previous shower. The tiling used for the shower walls and main floor was supplied by Daltile and is Garden White Esta Villa. The same tile design was used for the shower floors but in smaller pieces. These give the bathroom an overall elegant appearance and flows beautifully with the new White Shaker Style vanity. The new vanity is much more practical than the previous as it allows for a chair and more storage area on the countertop.

Overall, Regency did an outstanding job on this bathroom remodel. The customers of the home will be able to enjoy their gorgeous new master bathroom for years and years to come.
