The Subject Property

The residents of this lovely home were ready to make a change in their hallway bathroom that was outdated and felt crammed. The color scheme of the bathroom was also mundane and had grown weary. Regency began by removing all flooring, walls, fixtures, and cabinetry. New plumbing and electrical wiring was installed for the new location of the vanity, toilet, and installation of several new recessed cans for lighting. The layout of the bathroom was also a cause for concern. The location of the toilet and vanity was causing a cluttered feeling in the bathroom. The objective of this job was to update the style to a sleeker one while also changing the layout in order to make the space more practical and efficient.

End Result

The new bathroom looks amazing! Although not much was changed in terms of the layout, the bathroom looks so much larger and more practical in terms of space. One of the most noticeable changes is the color change. This was successfully accomplished by installing wooden SantinoChiaro flooring from Daltile. This change along with the new San Michele Dorato walls completely changed the color scheme of the bathroom to a more modern space that also appears much more inviting. To make the room appear brighter and more welcoming, a beautiful vitreous china vanity top from Fairmont was installed. This white vanity top matches well with the new, white Highline toilet from Kohler. A modern look was successfully achieved with the installation of new, brushed nickel lavatory faucet and hand shower from Hansgrohe. Regency did a spectacular job with the conversion of this space into a beautiful, modern, and luxurious space that is very practical.
