Regency completely renovated two bathrooms in this Glenview home. We used modern materials and expert craftsmanship to create a dream bathroom design.

In the main guest bathroom we installed Emblem ceramic tiles by daltile in the color Beige. These tiles provide the look of hard wood but with the ease and durability of ceramic tiles. Next we installed an espresso maple vanity cabinet by J&K with a complementary granite vanity top. Then we added a large custom framed mirror the length of the wall. We installed a new Duravit soaking tub and installed 12×24 Fabrique porcelain tiles by daltile in the color Blanc Linen. We installed new Grohe fixtures in Chrome for the sink and bathtub. One down, one to go!

In the second guest bathroom we constructed a large enclosed shower using large porcelain tiles by daltile. We like the Avondale Collection in the color Castle Rock. We added Grohe fixtures in chrome and installed a large custom glass door. We added dark gray 12×24 ceramic tiles by daltile. We like the Parkway Collection in Gray. We installed an espresso maple vanity and Carrera marble top, and then added Kohler fixtures in chrome.

The end result is two high-end looking bathrooms at a fraction of the cost!
