The Subject Property
The purpose of this remodel was to transform this master bathroom into a more stylish and modern space that would also make the space more practical. Regency began by prepping the area to ensure no damage would be done to the surrounding areas. Then demolition began with the removal of all flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. The second entrance into the bathroom was removed in order to increase the size of the vanity. Then new plumbing was installed for the additional sink, which would be installed in order to make the vanity space more practical for two users. The main goals of this job were to make the space more elegant in terms of style, more practical, and make the space feel more spacious.
This new bathroom space is beautiful! The new color scheme is modern and much more stylish than the pre-existing finishes. This change was accomplished with the installation of the polished Deep Beveled Brick from the Tile Shop along the shower walls and the M70 Hex tile on the shower floor, which along with the polished Hexagon Mosaics flooring creates a smooth transition between the brighter tile in the shower area and the dark cabinetry of the vanity. This bathroom space is very stylish, clean, and modern. The new layout allows for a more spacious and comfortable bathroom space. The construction of a small, partition wall between the vanity and the toilet area creates a privacy that the bathroom did not previously have. The homeowners absolutely love their new bathroom and there is no doubt that Regency exceeded all expectations with this remodel!
