The Subject Property
The homeowners of this Arlington Heights property gave Regency Home Remodeling a call when they decided it was time to update their kitchen. The main issue the customers had with the existing kitchen was the small size and the out of date appearance. They wanted to create a space that would not only look more appealing in terms of style, but that would be much more practical for everyday use. In order to create exactly what the homeowners wanted, Regency would have to begin the renovation by demolishing a wall that would expand the kitchen, remove all appliances and necessary fixtures, and remove all tile work.
The results of this kitchen remodel are absolutely stunning. The most notable change in the much larger size of the new kitchen. This was achieved by demolishing the partial wall that seperated the kitchen from the dining area. With all the extra space, Regency installed additional cabinets and countertop space that allowed for a new seating area and much more space to prepare meals and entertain. The new brightness comes mainly from the White Shaker Style cabinets as well as the Ash Grey Quartz countertops. To go with this, Regency installed Arctic White Rittenhouse Square tiling for the backsplash throughout the kitchen. For a modern look, the floor tiling was removed and replaced with beautiful hardwood flooring that you can see throughout the entire first floor. Since our customers wanted an up to date appearance, Regency installed premium stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen such as the Kitchenaid oven, refrigerator, Kohler sink, and Delta faucet.
All of the changes that Regency completed came together to create a beautiful, elegant, and practical kitchen that the customers will be able to enjoys for years on end.
