About Park Ridge, IL

This lovely home is located in Park Ridge near the intersection of N Ozanam Ave and N Olmsted Ave. Park Ridge is a wonderful place to call home as it is a tree lined Chicago suburb, only 14 miles from downtown. With a vast majority of eateries, shopping, cafes, and so much more it is clear why the population is well over 37,000 people. The Subject Property

The owners of this Park Ridge property were interested in making some major updates to their home. For starters, they wanted to give a big style change to their powder room as it had become old and boring to them. It was necessary to create a more lively bathroom that would be stylish and more convenient. Additionally, they felt their home was lacking the necessary amount of bathrooms. They wanted to change up the layout of the master bathroom so that it would allow for a master bathroom to be installed. To achieve this, Regency would need to completely renovate the two existing closets that would soon become the desired master bathroom.

End Result

Regency went above and beyond the customers expectations to bring their bathroom goals to life. For the powder room, Regency did a phenomenal job giving it a modern new look. A necessary part of this remodel was to install a vanity that would allow for storage area making the powder room as a whole more practical. A White Shaker Style vanity was installed with a Cinder Storm Quartz countertop to achieve that modern and elegant look the customers had envisioned. For the floor, Mystic Way Invoke- a beautiful dark gray tiling from Daltile was used that further creates the sleek atmosphere.

The biggest change from this remodel was the creation of a bathroom from the two existing closets in the master bedroom. The wall separating the two was demolished in order to make it one bigger area. This allowed for a full bathroom with a walk in shower to be built. For the cosmetics in the bathroom, Regency installed an Espresso Maple vanity with a White Sand Quartz countertop, Blanc Linen Fabrique floor tiling, and Artifact Gray Vintage Hex shower floor tiling. All of these touches contrast each other perfectly and create a tasteful bathroom with a unique feel. Grohe, Hansgrohe, Elkay, Riobel, and Madeli fixtures were used to provide added luxury.

Overall, Regency did a superb job on this remodel. Each new fixture was creatively installed creating two elegant and chic bathrooms that will be in style for years on end. The customers of this home will be able to enjoy their new bathrooms as they are both elegant and efficient.
